Ladies: See The 5 Ways To Effectively Clean Your Vàgina After Sèx To Prevent Diseases

Cleaning your honeypot immediately after a pleasure session is very important for ladies to avoid Sexually Transmitted Infections and other sort of irritations.
When you think of the times that you feel the most relaxed and happy, the blissed-out buzz you get after an climax ranks right up there with a deep tissue massage. But what you choose to do while buzzed impacts your v*gina.
“When the v*ginal tissues have been lubricated, swollen, and rubbed against during intercourse, it changes how that tissue reacts to the environment.
Primarily, you run a much greater risk of infection,” says Kansas-based gynaecologist, Dr. Leslie Page
Here, we break down the stuff you should never, ever do after s*x if you want to keep your v**ina happy:
(1) Don’t forget to pee
During s*x, bacteria can get pushed into your bladder. “This can result in post-intercourse bladder infections,” says an obstetrics gynaecologist, Dr. Robert Wool, M.D.
“You can have some snuggle time, just empty your bladder within one hour of having s*x.”
Then, wipe from front to back to avoid spreading fecal matter from your anus to the v*gina.
“Due to swelling and micro-abrasions that can occur during s*xual intercourse, your vulva and vaginal skin are particularly tender and prone to infection,” says Page.
(2) Don’t use soap to wash your v*gina
Some women might feel the urge to wash the v*gina with soap after s*x, but that’s really unnecessary. Not only might you have an allergic reaction if your post-s*x skin reacts differently to the harsh chemicals in cleansers, but “using soap can lead to v*ginal irritation and dryness,” Wool says.
“The v*gina is a self-cleaning organ, and needs to be treated very, very gently — if you wouldn’t put it in your mouth, you shouldn’t put it in or around your v*gina,” Page says. If you want to take a post-s*x shower, use plain water to rinse off.
(3) Don’t sleep in your nylon underwear
Cotton lingerie is okay because it’s breathable, but nylon, rayon, or polyester undies are a no-no.
“After s*x, your skin tends to be warm and damp, thanks to perspiration, v*ginal secretions, and semen,” Page says.
“As such, synthetic underwear traps the moisture and you run the risk of a yeast infection,” Wool says. “The v*gina likes to breathe.” So, go unclad or stick to cotton pants after s*x.
(4) Don’t swim in a hot bath tub
Getting your bubbles on sounds like the perfect after-s*x activity, but it’s bad news.
“When your vulva swells in response to s*xual stimulation, it reveals the opening of the v*gina, which means you have a greater chance of infection,” Page says.
If you’re in a hot tub with your partner, that means you’re exposed to the bacteria on his skin and anus. Also, extensive water exposure reduces the efficiency of your skin’s antimicrobial barrier, she says.
(5) Don’t use flushable wet wipes
If you’re sensitive to chemicals like alcohol, glycerin, scents, and certain oils, using a flushable wet wipe after s*x can cause irritation, since you’re more susceptible to skin issues after s*x, says Page.
The signs include redness, swelling, itching, and tenderness. If you’re set on cleaning up with something other than toilet paper, try doing your own wipe with warm water and vinegar, says Page.
Mix one teaspoon of vinegar with a quart of water, pour some on to a wash cloth and wipe your vulva over the toilet, and then pat dry, she says.
“The vinegar is mildly cleansing and helps maintain the skin’s natural acidity,” says Page.
The bottom line: You have only one v*gina, treat it gently.

Manchester United Get Massive Boost Over Paul Pogba’s Injury

Manchester United have been buoyed by the news of Paul Pogba’s fitness following reports from France Football Federation confirming he will be out for just two weeks.

The 23-year-old midfielder limped out of Manchester United’s game Europa League tie against Rostov last Thursday with fears that he might face a long spell on the sidelines.

Pogba was also not part of the side that beat Middlesbrough on Sunday, intensifying worries that the extent of the former Juventus midfielder’s injury might be more than feared.

However, the France Football Federation have issued a statement allaying fears, confirming that Pogba will miss just two weeks of action.

The Statement read: ‘Didier Deschamps has called up Monaco’s Tiemoue Bakayoko following the withdrawal of Paul Pogba, with medical tests confirming he will be unavailable for a fortnight,’

In related news, reports in the Daily Mirror claim that Tiemoue Bakayoko has rejected the chance to join the Red Devils in favour of a move to Chelsea despite reports that the Red Devils are keen on signing the 22-year-old from AS Monaco after scouting him on different occasions this season and even sent scouts to watch the central midfielder during clash against Manchester City in the Champions League.

3 Terrible Myths About Achieving Musical Greatness (And Why They Are False)

Achieving musical greatness is almost unattainable when you believe in common (false) myths followed by other musicians. Staying away from these three myths makes it much easier to become a great musician:

Myth #1. Musical Greatness = Being Original
Musical greatness comes down to this: being able to express exactly what you want with little effort. What you express might be original or might not be original. Classically trained pianists achieve greatness through technique and musical ability despite only playing the music of other composers. It is also possible to be original without expressing yourself.
The thing that matters the most is that you have something to express and are ready to find out how to clearly express it in music.

Myth #2. You Must Be Talented To Become A Great Musician
False: musical greatness is simply a byproduct of mastering musical skills and integrating them together. People who have natural talent were not born talented. They figured out on their own how to master the right skills to become good musicians.
It is 100% possible to become a great musician regardless of how much talent you began with. Tons of great musicians started their careers with absolutely no skills or talent. Anyone can become great and learn the right musical skills by working with an experienced teacher.

Myth #3. To Be Musically Great You Must Play Many Styles Well
You can express yourself very well in one style (that you love). Most of the greatest musicians in the world were specialists in a single style (or closely related styles). For example, two great musicians Steve Vai and Yngwie Malmsteen never strayed too far from their respective genres. Musical greatness is about acquiring skills needed to express the sounds you hear in your head and mastering them.
Rather than trying to become great in many genres, stay with the genre you are most passionate about. Then work with a teacher who understands how to teach you things that help you become great in any genre. For instance, ear training, music theoryScience Articles, music writing and live performing.
When you stay away from these 3 myths you get rid of the obstacles in the way of your musical greatness.

  4. Use search engines to drive traffic to your site.
  5. Establish an expert reputation for yourself.
  6. Follow up with your customers and subscribers with email.
  7. Increase your income through back-end sales and upselling.
Anyone, from newbie to seasoned online entrepreneur, can benefit from this process in learning how to start a business online.

Step 1: Find a need and fill it.

Most people who are just starting out make the mistake of looking for a product first, and a market second.
To boost your chances of success, start with a market. The trick is to find a group of people who are searching for a solution to a problem, but not finding many results. The internet makes this kind of market research easy:
  • Visit online forums to see what questions people ask and what problems they're trying to solve.
  • Do keyword research to find keywords that a lot of people are searching, but for which not many sites are competing.
  • Check out your potential competitors by visiting their sites and taking note of what they're doing to fill the demand. Then you can use what you've learned and create a product for a market that already exists--and do it better than the competition.

Step 2: Write copy that sells.

There's a proven sales copy formula that takes visitors through the selling process from the moment they arrive to the moment they make a purchase:
  1. Arouse interest with a compelling headline.
  2. Describe the problem your product solves.
  3. Establish your credibility as a solver of this problem.
  4. Add testimonials from people who have used your product.
  5. Talk about the product and how it benefits the user.
  6. Make an offer.
  7. Make a strong guarantee.
  8. Create urgency.
  9. Ask for the sale.
Throughout your copy, you need to focus on how your product or service is uniquely able solve people's problems or make their lives better. Think like a customer and ask "What's in it for me?"

Step 3: Design and build your website.

Once you've got your market and product, and you've nailed down your selling process, now you're ready for your small-business web design. Remember to keep it simple. You have fewer than five seconds to grab someone's attention--otherwise they're gone, never to be seen again. Some important tips to keep in mind:
  • Choose one or two plain fonts on a white background.
  • Make your navigation clear and simple, and the same on every page.
  • Only use graphics, audio or video if they enhance your message.
  • Include an opt-in offer so you can collect e-mail addresses.
  • Make it easy to buy--no more than two clicks between potential customer and checkout.
  • Your website is your online storefront, so make it customer-friendly.

Step 4: Use search engines to drive targeted buyers to your site.

Pay-per-click advertising is the easiest way to get traffic to a brand-new site. It has two advantages over waiting for the traffic to come to you organically. First, PPC ads show up on the search pages immediately, and second, PPC ads allow you to test different keywords, as well as headlines, prices and selling approaches. Not only do you get immediate traffic, but you can also use PPC ads to discover your best, highest-converting keywords. Then you can distribute the keywords throughout your site in your copy and code, which will help your rankings in the organic search results.

Step 5: Establish an expert reputation for yourself.

People use the internet to find information. Provide that information for free to other sites, and you'll see more traffic and better search engine rankings. The secret is to always include a link to your site with each tidbit of information.
  • Give away free, expert content. Create articles, videos or any other content that people will find useful. Distribute that content through online article directories or social media sites.
  • Include "send to a friend" links on valuable content on your website.
  • Become an active expert in industry forums and social networking sites where your target market hangs out.
You'll reach new readers. But even better, every site that posts your content will link back to yours. Search engines love links from relevant sites and will reward you in the rankings.

Step 6: Use the power of email marketing to turn visitors into buyers.

When you build an opt-in list, you're creating one of the most valuable assets of your online business. Your customers and subscribers have given you permission to send them email. That means:
  • You're giving them something they've asked for.
  • You're developing lifetime relationships with them.
  • The response is 100 percent measurable.
  • Email marketing is cheaper and more effective than print, TV or radio because it's highly targeted.
Anyone who visits your site and opts in to your list is a very hot lead. And there's no better tool than email for following up with those leads.
Step 7: Increase your income through back-end sales and upselling.
One of the most important internet marketing strategies is to develop every customer's lifetime value. At least 36 percent of people who have purchased from you once will buy from you again if you follow up with them. Closing that first sale is by far the most difficult part--not to mention the most expensive. So use back-end selling and upselling to get them to buy again:
  • Offer products that complement their original purchase.
  • Send out electronic loyalty coupons they can redeem on their next visit.
  • Offer related products on your "Thank You" page after they purchase.
Reward your customers for their loyalty and they'll become even more loyal. The internet changes so fast that one year online equals about five years in the real world. But the principles of how to start and grow a successful online business haven't changed at all. If you're just starting a small business online, stick to this sequence. If you've been online awhile, do a quick review and see if there's a step you're neglecting, or never got around to doing in the first place. You can't go wrong with the basics.
